Grasshopper Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Cold water |
| 1 | Unflavored gelatin | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Green creme de menthe |
| 1 | Marshmallow Fluff® | |
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Heavy or whipping cream |
| 1 | Chocolate Crumb Crust |
In medium saucepan combine water and gelatin; let stand 1 minute. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is completely dissolved; remove from heat. Stir in creme de menthe and Fluff®. Chill until mixture mounds when dropped from a spoon. Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold into thickened gelatin. Pour into crust. Refrigerate until set.
