Georgia Pecan Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 328g / 11oz | Karo syrup - dark |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
3 | Eggs | |
1 | Butter - melted | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vanilla |
1 cup | 237ml | Pecans |
Combine in following order:
1. Mix syrup, sugar and salt together.
2. Beat in whole eggs
3. Stir in melted butter, vanilla, and pecans 4. Pour into unbaked pastry shell.
Bake 50 minutes at 350F.
