Fudge Brownie Pie

Recipe Ingredients

1		Pastry shell - (9-inch)
		Unbaked
1 cup	110g / 3.9oz	Chocolate chips
1/4 cup	49g / 1.7oz	Butter or margarine
1		Sweetened condensed - (14oz)
		Milk
1/2 cup	55g / 1.9oz	Biscuit baking mix
2		Eggs
1 teaspoon	5ml	Vanilla extract
1 cup	146g / 5.1oz	Chopped nuts

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 375F. Bake pastry shell 10 minutes; remove from oven.

Reduce oven temperature to 325F.

In saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with margarine.

In large mixer bowl, beat chocolate mixture with remaining ingredients except nuts until smooth. Add nuts. Pour into prepared pastry shell.

Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until center is set.

Cool.

Serve warm or at room temperature with ice-cream if desired.
