Frozen Coconut Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
3 oz | 85g | Cream cheese - softened |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Milk |
1 1/3 cups | 123g / 4.3oz | Coconut |
8 oz | 227g | Cool whip* - thawed |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Vanilla |
1 | Graham cracker pie crust - 9 |
Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl. Gradually add milk; beat until smooth.
Stir in coconut, Cool Whip and vanilla. Spoon into crust.
Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes until it can be cut easily.
Store leftover pie in freezer.
