Four-Minute Brownie Pie Recipe - Cooking Index

1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter or margarine - softened |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Flour |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Unsweetened cocoa powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
1 | Salt | |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped walnuts |
Ice cream |
Place eggs, sugar, butter, flour, cocoa, vanilla and salt in small mixer bowl.
Beat 4 minutes. Stir in nuts and pour into greased 8-inch pie pan. Bake at 325F 30 minutes, or until done.
Pie will settle like meringue when cool. Cut in wedges and serve with ice cream.
