Easy Peach Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
6 oz | 170g | Cream cheese |
3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Sifted confectioner's sugar |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Almond extract |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Whipping cream - whipped |
1 cup | 237ml | Sliced peaches - (16 oz) drain |
1 | Graham cracker crust 9" |
Combine first 3 ingredients. Beat until smooth.
Fold in whipped cream and gently stir in peaches.
Pour filling into graham cracker crust.
Chill well.
