Easy Caramel Apple Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Caramel candies | |
1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Flour |
3 cups | 438g / 15oz | Jonathan or Rome, chopped |
Apples | ||
2/3 cup | 157ml | Caramel ice cream topping |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon juice |
1 | Pet Ritz pie crust - (9 inch) | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Pecan pieces |
Combine 10 caramel candies, each cut into 4 pieces, and flour. Add chopped Jonathan or Rome apples, caramel ice cream topping, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Pour mixture into a frozen, regular 9" Pet Ritz pie crust and sprinkle with pecan pieces.
Bake at 375F on a preheated baking sheet for 40-45 minutes. Store at room temperature.
