1 oz | 28g | -- eagle brand |
4 oz | 113g | Lime juice |
Green food coloring - (optl.) | ||
1 | Pie shell - frozen, or | |
6 | Graham cracker crust |
Preheat oven to 325F.
In a large mixing bowl, beat egg yolks with condensed milk, lime juice and green food coloring if desired.
Pour into prepared pie crust; bake 30 minutes.
