1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Flour |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter - unsalted |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Chocolate chips |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Pecan halves |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Bourbon |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
1 | Pie shell - (9-in.) unbaked |
Preheat oven to 350F.
Beat eggs until light and lemon colored.
Gradually beat in sugar.
Fold in flour and butter; stir in chocolate chips, nuts and flavorings.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake 40-50 minutes.
