1 | Brownie mix - (21 1/2 oz) | |
6 oz | 170g | Chocolate chips |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Pecans - chopped |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Coffee flavored liqueur |
1 | Egg | |
Topping | ||
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Whipping cream |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Powdered sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chocolate flavored syrup |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Coffee flavored liqueur |

Preheat oven to 375.
Put the pie crust in an 9 or 10" Springform pan; pressing it on the bottom and up the sides. Prick generously with a fork. In a large bowl combine the filling ingredients.
Beat 50 strokes by hand. Pour into crust-lined pan and bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is set and edges of crust are golden brown. Cool 1 hour. Remove sides of pan. Cool completely.
In large bowl, beat topping ingredients until stiff peaks form. Spoon or pipe topping over filling. Garnish with chocolate curls. Store in refrigerator.
