Custard Rhubarb Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 | Eggs - slightly beaten | |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Milk | 
| 2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Sugar | 
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Flour | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla | 
| 4 cups | 948ml | Rhubarb | 
Combine ingredients; pour into 9" pastry-lined pan or pie plate.
Bake at400F 10 minutes.
Then bake 300F 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool.
Top with whipped cream.
