1 | Graham cracker or reg. Crust | |
3 | Egg yolks | |
14 oz | 397g | Sweetened condensed milk |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Lemon juice concentrate |
1 | Whipped topping or cream |
Preheat oven to 350F.
Beat egg yolks then stir in sweetened condensed milk ; lemon juice, and yellow food coloring (if desired).
Pour into graham cracker crust or baked normal crust.
Bake 8 minutes.
Cool then chill.
Spread with whipped topping.
