Creamy Caramel Banana Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 | Hinoichi regular tofu - drained (7 oz.) | |
1 cup | 237ml | Nonfat milk - 1% milk or milk substitute |
1 | Instant butterscotch pudding & pie - (3.4 oz.) filling | |
1 | Prepared reduced-fat 8" or 9" graham cracker crust | |
1 | Banana - sliced (large) | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Fat-free caramel topping |
Process tofu and milk for 2 minutes in a blender or food processor, blend in pudding mix until smooth, set aside. Arrange banana slices in bottom of pie crust.
Pour mixture over sliced bananas & chill 20 minutes (or longer).
Drizzle hot caramel sauce over each slice before serving.
Note: For individual pies, line custard cups with reduced-fat graham crackers.
