Creamy Caramel Banana Pie

Recipe Ingredients

1/2   Hinoichi regular tofu - drained (7 oz.)
1 cup 237mlNonfat milk - 1% milk or milk substitute
1   Instant butterscotch pudding & pie - (3.4 oz.) filling
1   Prepared reduced-fat 8" or 9" graham cracker crust
1   Banana - sliced (large)
1/4 cup 59mlFat-free caramel topping

Recipe Instructions

Process tofu and milk for 2 minutes in a blender or food processor, blend in pudding mix until smooth, set aside. Arrange banana slices in bottom of pie crust.

Pour mixture over sliced bananas & chill 20 minutes (or longer).

Drizzle hot caramel sauce over each slice before serving.

Note: For individual pies, line custard cups with reduced-fat graham crackers.
