1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Cottage cheese |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
3 | Well beaten eggs | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Milk |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Vanilla |
Sieve cottage cheese.
Mix ingredients and put in pie shell.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350F or 375F until done.
