Chocolate-Pecan Crust Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Chocolate wafers - (8 1/2 oz) | |
3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Pecans - finely chopped |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter - melted |
Preheat oven to 350F.
Crumble cookies to make about 2 cups of crumbs.
Combine with pecans and butter.
Press into 9-inch pie pan and press up sides to form high rim.
Bake 10 minutes.
Cool.
