Chocolate Silk Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter |
3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Sugar |
1 oz | 28g | Baker's unsweetened chocolate |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
2 | Eggs | |
1 | Pie shell - (9 inch) | |
1/2 | Whipping cream |
Thoroughly cream butter and sugar.
Blend in melted chocolate and vanilla.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating 5 minutes after each addition on medium speed.
Pour into cool pie shell, chill for 2 hours.
Then top with whipped cream.
