2 cups | 474ml | Cold milk |
1 | Chocolate or fudge instant | |
Pudding mix | ||
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Instant coffee powder - (for mocha) |
1 | Baked pie shell or | |
Graham cracker crust | ||
Pecans | ||
Whipped topping or whipped cream |
Beat cream cheese until light. Add milk. Beat. Add instant pudding mix.
Can add instant coffee powder.
Beat for 1 minute. Turn into baked or graham cracker crumb crust.
Sprinkle with pecans. Chill or freeze for several hours.
Serve with whipped cream or whipped topping.
NOTES : Can be served chilled or frozen.
