Buttermilk Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Melted margarine |
1 1/4 cups | 247g / 8.7oz | Sugar |
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Flour |
2 | Eggs | |
1 cup | 237ml | Buttermilk |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon extract |
1 | Unbaked pie shell |
Mix sugar and flour together. Add eggs, then margarine. Stir in buttermilk. Add lemon extract.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 400F 30 to 35 minutes until pie is set.
Serve at room temperature.
