Brandy Alexander Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 cups | 948ml | Vanilla fat-free ice cream - softened |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brandy |
| 1 | Ready-made chocolate crumb crust | |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Frozen fat-free whipped topping - thawed |
| 8 teaspoons | 40ml | Coarsely grated semisweet chocolate |
Combine ice cream and brandy; stir well.
Spoon mixture into crust; cover.
Freeze at least 6 hours.
Spread whipped topping evenly over filling.
Sprinkle with grated chocolate just before serving.
