Bourbon Pie Recipe - Cooking Index

1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Melted butter |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Bourbon |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Corn starch |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Chopped pecans - (coarsely) |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Chocolate chips |
4 oz | 113g | Whipping cream |
1 | Pie shell |
Beat eggs gradually, add sugar. Add butter and bourbon and mix well. Blend in corn starch.
Stir in nuts and choc. chips. Pour into unbaked shell.
Bake at 350F 45 to 50 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
