1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Butter - melted |
3 | Eggs - slightly beaten | |
3/4 cup | 246g / 8.7oz | Light corn syrup |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Bourbon |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped pecans |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Chocolate chips |
1 | Pie shell - (9-inch) |
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, syrup, salt, bourbon, and vanilla. Mix until blended. Spread pecans and chocolate chips in bottom of pie shell. Pour filling into shell.
Bake in a 375F oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
