2 | Mrs Smith's pie crust - (9 inch) | |
24 oz | 681g | Berries |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Tapioca - instant |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Margarine - imitation |
Mix fruit, sugar, tapioca and lemon juice in bowl. Let stand 15 minutes. Pour into 9" pie crust. Dot with margarine. Cover with second crust. Cut steam vents. Bake in preheated 400F oven 1 hour
