Banana Cream Cheese Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Vanilla wafer crumbs |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Butter - melted |
16 oz | 454g | Cream cheese - softened |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
3 | Eggs | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Bananas - mashed |
Banana - sliced |
Beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually add the sugar, mixing well after each addition. Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each. Stir in the mashed bananas. Pour filling into a cooled pie shell and place sliced banana on top. Bake for 50 minutes in a preheated 350F oven. Cool on a wire rack. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
