Banana Berry Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Jell-O strawberry banana (small) | |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Water - boiling |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Water - cold |
2 1/2 cups | 592ml | Cool whip - thawed |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Strawberries - sliced |
1 | Pie crust graham cracker | |
1 | Banana pudding (small) | |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Milk |
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Mix in 1 cup of the cool whip. Stir in 3/4 cup of the strawberries. Pour into pie crust; chill until firm, about 15 minutes.
Whisk pudding mix into milk. Fold in 1 1/2 cups of the cool whip. Stir in the remaining strawberries. Spread mix over gelatin in pie crust. Chill until set, about 2 hours.
