Strudel - Cherry Filling Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Finely ground nuts - not peanuts |
4 cups | 250g / 8.8oz | Canned sour red cherries - pitted and drained |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
Spread the nuts over half the oiled dough (two recipes for strudel dough are included in this database) and cover with the cherries. Sprinkle with the sugar. Roll up.
