Applesauce Custard Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Unbaked single pie shell | |
3 | Eggs | |
5 tablespoons | 75ml | Sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cinnamon |
2 1/2 cups | 592ml | Milk |
1 cup | 237ml | Applesauce |
Beat eggs, sugar, cinnamon and milk. Mix in applesauce. Pour into shell. Bake at 450F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350F for 30 minutes.
