Apple Raisin Cobbler Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cans | Apple pie filling - (20 oz. Each) | |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Raisins |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground nutmeg |
1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | All-purpose flour |
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Packed brown sugar |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Butter or margarine - melted |
3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Chopped walnuts |
6 oz | 170g | Ready crust shortbread pie crust |
Heat oven to 375 F. Combine apple pie filling, raisins and nutmeg. Spoon into crust. Combine flour and sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in walnuts; sprinkle over filling. Bake 35-45 minutes or until topping is golden.
