3 tablespoons | 45ml | Lemon juice |
3/4 cup | 69g / 2.4oz | Cranberries - whole |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Cornstarch |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter or margarine - melted |
2/3 cup | 106g / 3.7oz | Brown sugar - packed topping- |
2/3 cup | 41g / 1.4oz | Rolled oats |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Brown sugar - packed |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Flour |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cinnamon |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter or margarine in 1/2" squares |
Peel and slice apples and put in lemon juice. Then add all other filling ingredients and mix in a bowl. Make topping in separate bowl. Put apple mixture in pie shell. Sprinkle topping on liberally. Place butter squares on pie. Bake at 300F for 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours.
