Recipe Ingredients

3 cups 187g / 6.6ozAll-purpose flour - sifted
3 teaspoons 15mlBaking powder
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozMargarine - softened
1 1/2 cups 297g / 10ozSugar
1   Egg
1/3 cup 78mlMilk
  Topping
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozMargarine - cold
1/2 cup 80g / 2.8ozBrown sugar
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozGranulated sugar
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozAll-purpose flour - sifted
1 teaspoon 5mlVanilla
  Cinnamon - to taste
  Apples

Recipe Instructions

Mix first six ingredients until soft dough forms. Dump into greased jelly roll pan.

With buttered hands spread until covers pan evenly. Peel and slice apples to cover dough. Use lots.

For topping: mix remaining ingredients and crumble on top. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
