Angus Barn Chocolate Chess Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/3 sticks | Butter | |
1 1/2 oz | 42g | Unsweetened chocolate |
1 1/3 cups | 263g / 9.3oz | Sugar |
3 cups | 594g / 20oz | Eggs (small) |
1/3 teaspoon | 1.7ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
1 | Pie crust - unbaked |
Melt butter and chocolate over boiling water.
Mix sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla; add to chocolate mixture. Pour into pie shell and bake at 375F for about 35 minutes.
