1 cup 237mlMushrooms - sliced
2   Garlic
1 cup 237mlChicken broth - low-sodium
1 tablespoon 15mlCornstarch
15 oz 426gShrimp - raw
2 cups 474mlPasta - bow-tie
2 tablespoons 30mlParmesan cheese
2 tablespoons 30mlParsley - chopped
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlRed pepper flakes --

In skillet, heat oil. Add broccoli and carrots and cook about 2 minutes, until tender crisp. Add mushrooms and garlic and cook one minute longer. Whisk in broth and cornstarch to the skillet mixture. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp start to turn pink, about three minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and toss. Yields 4 servings.
