Tortellini In Broth

5 1/2 cups 1303mlHomemade chicken stock
12 oz 340gFrozen tortellini
1 oz 28gZucchini - grated (medium)
1   Tomato - chopped
  Salt and freshly ground pepper--to taste
  Freshly grated parmesan cheese--for
  Garnish
1   Bring chicken stock to a boil in a
1   Saucepan. (large)
2   Add tortellini. Simmer - timing according
  To package directions. Remove pan from
  Heat
3   Stir in zucchini and tomato. Season to
  Taste with salt and pepper.
4   Ladle soup into wide shallow bowls. Pass
  Parmesan cheese at table.
