| 1 | Cappelini; cook - drain | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Olive oil |
| 4 | Garlic - mince | |
| 3 | Plum tomatoes; peel - seed, chop (large) | |
| 1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Arrugula |
| 2 | Baby clams |

In olive oil, saute garlic; add tomatoes. Saute 5 minutes. Add arrugula and clam juice. Wilt arrugula. Add clams and heat through. Toss with cooked pasta. Regis & Kathie Lee.
