1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Bell peppers - chopped |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Tomatoes - cored/halved/seeded |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Basil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Parsley |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Oregano |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Marjoram |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Rosemary |
In a skillet, heat oil over moderate heat. Add garlic and peppers until tender. Add tomatoes, basil, parsley, oregano, marjoram, and rosemary. Cook just until tomatoes' juices thicken, 7 to 10 minutes. Pour over cooked pasta.
