| 4 | Tomatoes - chopped | |
| 1 | Green pepper - cubed | |
| 1 | Yellow pepper - cubed | |
| 1/2 | Hot pepper - chopped | |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Olive oil |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Red wine vinegar |
| 1 | Garlic - minced | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped parsley |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chili powder |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Cooked pasta |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Jack cheese - cubed |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sunflower seeds |
Combine vegetables in large bowl. Combine oil, vinegar, garlic, parsley, chili powder, salt & pepper to taste. Pour over vegetablemixture. Stir in cooked pasta, sprinkle with cheese and sunflower seeds, toss. Chill.
