1 | Garbanzo beans - , drained (19-oz.) | |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Golden raisins |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Crushed red pepper |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Chicken broth |

1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Penne or other pasta |
Cook garlic in oil over medium heat until golden. Over high heat, stir in spinach, garbanzo beans, golden raisins, salt, red pepper and cook until spinach wilts. Stir in chicken broth. Typed by Ethel Snyder <[email protected]> Date August 17, 1997
