4   Garlic cloves - , crushed
3 tablespoons 45mlOlive oil
1   -- (10-oz) spinach,, stems removed
1   Garbanzo beans - , drained (19-oz.)
1/2 cup 80g / 2.8ozGolden raisins
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlCrushed red pepper
1/2 cup 118mlChicken broth
  ** PASTA **
1 lb 454g / 16ozPenne or other pasta

Recipe Instructions

Cook garlic in oil over medium heat until golden. Over high heat, stir in spinach, garbanzo beans, golden raisins, salt, red pepper and cook until spinach wilts. Stir in chicken broth. Typed by Ethel Snyder <[email protected]> Date August 17, 1997
