3 teaspoons | 15ml | Finely chopped rosemary |

3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chopped basil |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chopped parsley |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped mint |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Spaghetti |

tomatoes and herbs in a large, ceramic bowl. 3) Cook pasta 4) When pasta is nearly done, heat olive oil to smoking and pour it over the tomato and herbs (It should sizzle.) 5) Add salt and freshly ground pepper. 6) Drain pasta and toss with tomatoes and herbs.
