Potato Kugel

Recipe Ingredients

3   Eggs
3 cups 711mlGrated, drained potatoes
1/3 cup 20g / 0.7ozPotato flour
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlBaking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlSalt
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlPepper
3 tablespoons 45mlGrated onion
4 tablespoons 60mlMelted butter or fat

Recipe Instructions

Beat the eggs until thick. Stir in the potatoes, potato flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, onion and butter or fat.

Turn into a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish or casserole. Bake in a 350 degree oven until browned, about 1 hour. Serve hot. Serves 6 to 8.
