Smoked Sausage Primavera Recipe - Cooking Index

8 oz | 227g | Eckrich smoked sausage - cut |
2 cups | 220g / 7.8oz | Frozen broccoli vegetable - mix |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Water |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Evaporated skim milk |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Margarine or butter |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Italian seasoning |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Grated parmesan cheese |
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Place sausage, vegetables and water in 10" skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 7-8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add milk, margarine and Italian seasoning to skillet. Heat to melt margarine. Toss sausage mixture with spaghetti and Parmesan cheese. Let stand 5 minutes to thicken.
