Smoked Sausage Primavera

Recipe Ingredients

8 oz 227gUncooked spaghetti - broken
  Half
8 oz 227gEckrich smoked sausage - cut
  
2 cups 220g / 7.8ozFrozen broccoli vegetable - mix
1/4 cup 59mlWater
3/4 cup 177mlEvaporated skim milk
2 tablespoons 30mlMargarine or butter
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlItalian seasoning
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozGrated parmesan cheese

Recipe Instructions

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Place sausage, vegetables and water in 10" skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 7-8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add milk, margarine and Italian seasoning to skillet. Heat to melt margarine. Toss sausage mixture with spaghetti and Parmesan cheese. Let stand 5 minutes to thicken.
