Recipe Ingredients

4 oz 113gNo yolks® egg noodle substitute - uncooked
3/4 lb 340g / 11ozGround chicken breast - skinless
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozBell peppers - chopped
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozOnions - chopped
25   Reduced fat turkey pepperoni - chopped
14 oz 397gPizza sauce
1 cup 237mlHomemade pizza sauce
8 oz 227gFat-free mozzarella cheese - shredded

Recipe Instructions

Cook egg noodle substitute according to package directions. In a skillet, combine chicken, bell peppers, and onions. Cook until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Stir in noodles, pepperoni, and pizza sauce. Cook until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand until cheese has melted.
