Piroshki - Fish Filling Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Cooked flaked fish |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Grated onion |
2 | Hard-boiled egg yolks | |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Sour cream |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
Mix all of the ingredients together. Place filling on dough.
