Recipe Ingredients

6   Onions - white, chopped
1   Garlic bulb - chopped
1/4 cup 59mlOil
3   Enrico's spaghetti sauce - (28-oz. Jars) or any
  Spaghetti sauce
2 cups 474ml-- water
10 lbs 4540g / 160ozPinto beans; cooked - drained
1 1/2 cups 355mlTvp granules
8 tablespoons 120mlChili powder
6 tablespoons 90mlCumin
1 tablespoon 15mlCayenne pepper
3 tablespoons 45mlBasil - dried
2 tablespoons 30mlThyme - dried
1/4 cup 59mlSoy sauce
4 cups 250g / 8.8ozTomatoes - sun-dried

Recipe Instructions

In a large kettle, saute onions and garlic in oil until onions are translucent. Add all remaining ingredients and stir over low heat until TVP is soft and flavors have blended, about 30 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 30.
