Saffron Pasta With Sugar Snap Peas

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 396g / 13ozSugar snap peas
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozPasta - (i used little tubes)
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSaffron
2 tablespoons 30mlParmesan cheese - up to 4

Recipe Instructions

x Fresh ground pepper Cook peas until just render. I cooked them in the in the micro wave for 1 1/2 min.

Cook pasta until al dente.

Combine peas and pasta in serving bowl. Sprinkle with the saffron, pepper and cheese. Mix and serve.
