Saffron Pasta With Sugar Snap Peas Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Sugar snap peas |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Pasta - (i used little tubes) |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Saffron |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Parmesan cheese - up to 4 |
x Fresh ground pepper Cook peas until just render. I cooked them in the in the micro wave for 1 1/2 min.
Cook pasta until al dente.
Combine peas and pasta in serving bowl. Sprinkle with the saffron, pepper and cheese. Mix and serve.
