Quick Marinara Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Eden extra virgin olive oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Onions - diced (medium) |
4 | Garlic cloves - (or more), - peeled and pressed | |
1 | Eden spaghetti sauce | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Capers |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Kalamata olives* - - pitted and chopped |
*(Green or black olives can be substituted if necessary, but won't be as good) Heat oil. Saute onions and garlic until translucent. Add spaghetti sauce. Bring to a simmer. Add capers and olives and heat a few minutes more. Serve with any EDEN Pasta. A great meal with a salad and your favorite bread! Prep Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 10 minutes Yield: 5 servings
