Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozShrimp - , cooked & peeled
1   Tortellini - , cooked
1   Marinated artichoke hearts - , chopped
2   Celery - , chopped
1   Green onions - , chopped
1   English peas - , drained
1   Good seasons salad dressing
10   Fresh mushrooms - , sliced
1/2   Parmesan cheese
1   Fresh broccoli - , cut into flowerlets
  To taste salt and pepper

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients and marinate for 24 hours.

NOTES : This recipe took first place at the Shrimp Festival, Gulf Shores Alabama, 1986.
