6 teaspoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
2 | Garlic - finely chopped | |
Salt & pepper | ||
3 oz | 85g | Butter |
8 oz | 227g | Peeled prawns |
6 teaspoons | 30ml | Chopped fresh chives |
Heat the oil and the butter until butter is melted. Add garlic and cook gently for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the prawns, cook gently until heated through. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the chopped chives then pour sauce over hot pasta.
