2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Buckwheat flour |
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Unbleached white flour |
4 | Jumbo eggs | |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Oil |

Make pasta in regular way using well method. Roll into sheets on thinnest setting and then cut sheets into horizontal strips 1 inch thick. Cut across the strips in 2 inch intervals to yield 2 inch long and 1 inch tall strips. These are pizzocheri. Yield: 4 servings
