Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 474mlFresh basil - firmly packed
1 cup 237mlExtra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozParmesan cheese
4   Garlic
1/4 cup 23g / 0.8ozPine nuts - or almonds, pinon nu
1   Salt - optional

Recipe Instructions

Place basil in a blender. Blender speed should be in liquify or high. While the blender is on, slowly add oil until basil and oil are well emulsified. Add remaining ingredients and process.
