Noodle-Cheese Pudding

Recipe Ingredients

4   Eggs
3/4 cup 177mlSour cream
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
2 tablespoons 30mlSugar
2 cups 292g / 10ozCottage cheese
5 cups 1185mlCooked fine noodles
4 tablespoons 60mlDry bread crumbs
3 tablespoons 45mlMelted butter

Recipe Instructions

Beat the eggs, sour cream, salt and sugar together. Stir in the cheese and noodles. Turn into a buttered 2-quart baking dish or casserole. Sprinkle with the bread crumbs and butter.

Bake in a 375 degree oven 40 minutes. Serves 6.
