Noodle-Cheese Pudding Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Eggs | |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Sour cream |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Cottage cheese |
5 cups | 1185ml | Cooked fine noodles |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Dry bread crumbs |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Melted butter |
Beat the eggs, sour cream, salt and sugar together. Stir in the cheese and noodles. Turn into a buttered 2-quart baking dish or casserole. Sprinkle with the bread crumbs and butter.
Bake in a 375 degree oven 40 minutes. Serves 6.
