Noodle-Apple Pudding Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Eggs | |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Sugar |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cinnamon |
1 cup | 237ml | Grated apples |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Seedless raisins |
4 cups | 948ml | Cooked fine noodles - drained |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Melted butter or fat |
Beat the eggs, sugar, salt and cinnamon together. Stir in the apples, raisins, noodles and butter or fat. Turn into a greased baking dish.
Bake in a 400 degree oven 40 minutes or until browned. Serves 6 to 8.
